Cozy Essence Konut Konağı Hakkında
Tasarım ekibi, farklı bir yaşam felsefesini yorumlarken sıcak bir ortam sergileyen özelleştirilmiş unsurların entegrasyonunu kullanır. Ekibin inançları doğrultusunda tasarım, ahşabı yansıtan güneş ışığı ve düşük doygunluktaki duvar renklerini uygulayarak ışık ifadesi fikrini aktarmayı hedefliyor. Neredeyse bir gününü evde geçiren fotoğrafçı ekibi, tasarımın mekana şık bir hava katmak ve kullanıcılara rahatlık getirmek amacına uygun farklı malzemeler, dokular ve renkler kullanarak görsel deneyimi optimize ettiğini belirtti.

- Araştırma
- Prelude to the design development, the team studied the building base of this project and discovered that this long, rectangular shape building base could be traced back to the long street house in Taiwan. The long street houses were a unique housing union typology built alongside commercial canals with two sides of open windows and doors where people conducted commercial activities, and the main family living area was based on the second floor. Therefore, in this project, the design team challenges to design that pays tribute to the implication of old history in Tainan by applying this unique methodology to only use two sides of open windows to develop this project.
- İlham
- Owing to the environment of southern Taiwan, Tainan, where daylight is sufficient and adequate, this townhouse project focuses on bringing the daylight in and providing the best lighting for the interior spaces. Under the premise of designing a customized townhouse for a family of 4, the designer focused on finding the optimal solution to make the utmost use of this long, rectangular building shape while engaging all the living habits of a Taiwanese family.
- Proje Süresi
- The project finished in July, 2019, located in Tainan City, Taiwan.
