- " Shining in Wisdom and Glory " is a public art made of acid-resistant stainless steel, ceramics, glass, and LED. The surface of these three materials has a variety of different textures such as rough, mirror and polished surfaces. The materials all have the characteristics of reflecting natural light and artificial light. But have different effects from each other, especially the stainless steel cabochon, which can reflect the surrounding scenery, like a big eye, always caring and guarding the city. Illuminated by LED lights, the works show a more charming style during the day or night.
