- The pandemic was a challenge for the team to complete the project as there were strict standard of procedure to adhere. One of the few laws were the limit of quantity of workers and limited working hours on site, hence the installation of the oversized granite slab was a huge challenge.
- تەتقىقات
- The case study performed by the team was the electricity supplied per unit due to the unit being on a high rise condominium. As the electrical appliances selection and ducted air conditioning system require higher consumption of incoming electricity supply.
Researched was also done on ways to deliver the materials to site due to lift size limitations, hence materials size has to fit in the lift size to be able to deliver. The team also studied on the incoming water supply pressure in order to maximise the functionality of the bath spa selection. - ئىلھام
- Design key of this project was to design a soothing and tranquil space as such that it depicts a holiday home.
