Limassol VI dégen turalghu — bu dérlik nöl energiyilik bina süpitide loyihilen’gen xususiy öydur. Öy jenubqa we körünüshke qarap échilidu, hem yerlik tebiiy-iqlim shara’itidin paydilinip issiqliq qulayliqigha érishidu. Aq reng Z-shekillik forma quyash’tin saqlinishni teminleydu hem yépiq turaq-turalghu meydanini asasiy bina hejimi bilen bir-birige ulaydu. Chong dérizler kün nurini öy ichige élip kiridu hem öy ichi bilen etraptiki muhitni bir-birige baghlaydu. Bina layihisi ammibap we xususiy rayonlarni ayrim halda orunlashturidu hem kochigha qarita xususiyliqni qoghdaydu. - The aim of this project in Limassol was the creation of an nZEB, bioclimatic house, which is open to the south and to the view, whilst it takes advantage of the environmental conditions in order to achieve thermal comfort. The need for sun protection was resolved by the creation of a white "Z" shaped form, which integrates the covered parking spot with the main building volume.

Overall, striking the right balance between sustainability and user satisfaction was the most demanding aspect of this design endeavor.
