The project is a rare first-line sea view villa model home in Qingdao West Coast, China's ninth largest new district. Since China has ceased the development of first-line sea view residential land, the scarcity of the project is even more pronounced.
2.Functionality:

- Minimalist Doors and Windows
For the building's facade renovation, narrow-framed, seamless, and sleek aluminum frames paired with large-sized ultra-clear glass were chosen for minimalist doors and windows. - The project began its design phase in Shanghai, China, in October 2022 and was completed in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, in June 2023.
