Про X Skier Гірськолижний шолом
X Skier — це гірськолижний шолом, розроблений для підвищення безпеки на схилах. Лижники, що рухаються позаду, не можуть бачити, в якому напрямку повернe лижник попереду, а раптові зміни напрямку можуть призвести до зіткнень. X Skier вирішує цю проблему за допомогою датчика руху, розташованого на задній частині шолома, який показує напрямок повороту, змінюючи яскравість, положення та колір індикатора. Аномальна швидкість або напрямок руху активують попереджувальний сигнал. Bluetooth-пристрій, вбудований у бічну частину біля вуха, дозволяє керувати музикою, здійснювати телефонні дзвінки та виклики екстрених служб за допомогою металевої кнопки.

- After interviewing 50 ski enthusiasts, a severe painpoint about skiing experience and safety concerns was found.
When people ski, the skiers in the back cannot see the skiers' direction in front. Sometimes the sudden change of direction makes it easy for two skiers to collide. So a smart ski helmet with a power sensor indicator was designed. When the user tends to move left and right, the indicator light on the back will automatically indicate the direction to the skier in the back, and then they can avoid a collision in time. - Розміри та упаковка

- The project started in December 2018 in LAFA Industrial Design Studio and finished in May 2020 in the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Industrial Design in LAFA.
- Робочий процес
- X-Skier is an outdoor ski helmet that combines recreation and safety protection. The side ear is equipped with bluetooth communication device. Users can press the metal button in the ear to play or pause music, make phone calls and make emergency calls if necessary. The direction indicator in the rear can effectively remind the skiers behind or on the skier's side of the user's direction by changing the brightness, position, and color, preventing a collision. If the user's speed or direction is very abnormal, the rear indicator will issue an abnormal warning. Indicator light color and flashing frequency enter the emergency state. Ear Bluetooth communication device automatically alarm to ensure the safety of users.
