Про Laguna 182 Житловий будинок

Laguna 182 — житловий будинок в Ітажаї, штат Санта-Катарина, Бразилія. Вежа налічує двадцять дев'ять поверхів і сорок одну квартиру, розташовану за чотирнадцятьма різними планувальними рішеннями, по дві квартири на поверх. Вигнуті та звивисті лінії формують фасад. Консольні бетонні тераси змінюють своє положення на кожному поверсі, тож кожна квартира має власний сад. По всій будівлі росте природна рослинність. Матеріали включають бетон, скло, кераміку, оцинковану сталь, алюмінієвий композитний матеріал та сертифіковану деревину. Дизайн має на меті зменшити вплив на довкілля та підтримати відчуття спільноти.

Унікальні властивості: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
Розміри та упаковка: The development consists of a residential building with twenty-nine floors, two apartment per floor. totalizing 41 apartments on 14 different floor plans.
