Про Penumbra Фотографія

Дизайнер знімався в той час, коли виходити з дому і зустрічатися з людьми було викликом, тобто під час пандемії. Тривале перебування вдома поштовхнуло автора до творчості. Тому повсякденні предмети, які знаходяться в будинку, такі як миски з водою, світловідбиваючі матеріали, вікна в будівлі використовувалися для моделювання світла. Її роботи спочатку були зняті кольоровими, потім замінені на чорно-білі. Все було зроблено цифровим способом. Лише одне фото вона зробила при штучному освітленні від лампи і це портрет хлопчика. Силуети часто зображені прихованими.

Унікальні властивості: The photos were taken during the global pandemic. The most important challenge of this project was the limitations of leaving the house and meeting people.The point was to show, with minimal resources, what our life was like then.Everyday items were used for this photo session

Натхнення: Caravaggio's paintings were the inspiration for these photos. Especially his passion for sharp contrasts and sharp chiaroscuro. In his paintings, many things remained in the dark, but nevertheless revealed what was most important. He modeled the silhouettes in a theatrical way, giving them a slightly religious expression.The clash of reality and spirituality was the most important. These were main subjects when shooting.People around the photographer were also an inspiration.These are the people she knows well.During the shooting, she was able to show some of the nature of the photographed people, their interests and feelings that accompanied them at that time.
Тривалість проєкту: The works were photographed in 2019 in Białystok Poland.The most common places were the homes of the photographed people and their surroundings.
Робочий процес: It was a big challenge to wait for the right moment during the day to capture the right light.
