Сіті Архіпелаг — це план міського району для ділянки площею 15 гектарів у підцентрі Чженжу району Путуо, Шанхай. План перетворює колишню занедбану промислову територію на багатофункціональний район з офісними, житловими приміщеннями та функціями цифрових інновацій. Водні та зелені зони виконують роль зеленої інфраструктури, яка допомагає керувати зливовими паводками та покращує повсякденне життя в місті. Зелені будівлі розташовані у вільному порядку, утворюючи острови. Об'єкти ділового обслуговування вздовж міської магістральної дороги зменшують шум та візуальне відволікання.

Design Challenge: Water and green are key to urban islands. They serve as green infrastructure to help manage storm floods and improve citizen experience, and are the brand-new epitome of urban brownfield transition.

Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
