Про Core Житловий Будинок
Запланована ділянка розташована в глибині тихого житлового району, навколо щільно забудовані будинки. Навколо ділянки було встановлено високий паркан, зовнішні вікна були зведені до мінімуму, а кожна зона була розділена на шари різної висоти, зосереджені на центральному світловому колодязі. Усередині цього будинку, де конфіденційність захищена, помірне відчуття дистанції в просторі візуально з’єднує мешканців, створюючи внутрішній простір, який розповсюджується по діагоналі. Що стосується дизайну, то він має просту структуру, і хоча він закритий, він створює відкритий простір для мешканців.
