Про Online City Co-life Center Комерційна архітектура

Online City Co-life Center — це комерційна будівля, яка поєднує продаж нерухомості з повсякденними послугами для громади. Проєкт замінює традиційну демонстраційну зону простим, корисним та привітним простором. На першому поверсі поєднані легкий громадський заклад харчування, ремісництво, квітковий магазин та дитячі активності, а зона демонстрації макетів займає лише невелику площу. Функцію продажу розміщено на верхньому поверсі. Фасад сформований з алюмінієвих панелей, скла та ґраток під імітацію дерева. Інтер’єр і ландшафт спроєктовані як єдине ціле, тож мешканці відчувають сильніше почуття приналежності.

Дослідження: The Co-life center is a new exploration of product mode under the background of consumption and experience upgrading. Under the new sales mode, make the sales module compressed. Light catering, handicraft, flower shop, children's activities and other entertainment function are integrated into the design of the golden space on the first floor, and only a small sand table exhibition area is retained.
Натхнення: In recent years, most of the sales houses or traditional demonstration areas are taking the excessive pursuit of elegant style, trying to build expensive skins,twists and turns of playing space to see which resemble museums and cultural buildings more. However, their postures are far from friendly to people, and they lack the affinity for community residents after opening in the future.
Тривалість проєкту: The project started in Shanghai in December 2018, was completed in Shanghai in May 2019.
Робочий процес: The interior and landscape parts of the experience center are designed in an integrated way. All the designs focus on the concept of "returning to life" to improve the cohesion between residents and the community, reflect the architectural image of caring for community life, have certain recognition in the surrounding environment, and strengthen the sense of belonging of the Community residents .
