About Shandong Dongping رہائشی کمیونٹی
شانڈونگ ڈونگپنگ چین کے صوبہ شانڈونگ کے علاقے ڈونگپنگ میں واقع ایک رہائشی کمیونٹی ہے۔ اس منصوبے کا خاکہ مچھلیوں کے جھنڈ کی حرکت سے متاثر ہو کر تیار کیا گیا ہے۔ اطراف کا مناظرِ فطرت (لینڈ اسکیپ) اور عمارتیں ایک مرکزی لینڈ اسکیپ میں یکجا ہو کر ایک مسلسل مشترکہ فضا تشکیل دیتی ہیں۔ تمام رہائشی بلاکس کا رخ جنوب کی جانب ہے تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ دھوپ حاصل ہو سکے۔ جنوبی رخ پر نصب شیشے کی بڑی کرٹن وال روشنی اور کھلے نظارے فراہم کرتی ہیں۔ شمالی راہداری کے رخ پر افقی ایلومینیم لوورز جزوی طور پر کھلی سطح تشکیل دیتے ہیں۔ آگے پیچھے ترتیب دی گئی فرشی سلیبیں مقامی سطح پر ہیرے نما نقوش پیدا کرتی ہیں۔ اس ڈیزائن میں زمینی منزل اور آسمانی باغات کو مشترکہ استعمال کے لیے کھول دیا گیا ہے۔

- Unique Properties
- In 2019, MUDA-Architects was entrusted by the owner to explore an experimental new residential community beside a village around Dongping County, maintain the ecological environment around the building, advocate the openness of diversified spaces, and explore innovative forms of residential buildings.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- MUDA-Architects has created a unique diversified living community with innovative layout, open and shared bottom landscape, interesting sky garden, and the implantation of characteristic buildings. Let people return to the natural environment, emphasize the integration with nature, create a new ecological, green life, education and leisure community, and create an open and pleasant living environment.

- Production Technology
- The residential buildings are all facing south to meet the maximum sunshine requirements. At the same time, the facade of the building adopts the design method of landscape on the ground level, which is partially interwoven by transverse floor slabs, forming staggered diamond facade locally, adopting large-area glass curtain wall in the south, providing sufficient sunshine conditions and transparent vision. And the north corridor facade is equipped with horizontal parallel aluminum louvers, forming a partial opening and closing facade, which also echoes with the diamond landscape on the ground.
- Inspiration
- With landscape urbanism as its main purpose, MUDA-Architects understands the city as an ecosystem. The overall plan is inspired by the effect of fish swarm. Applying this natural phenomenon to architectural planning, the surrounding landscape and architecture converge in the central landscape, thus forming a continuous and unified unique space experience.
- Project Duration
- The project site is in Dongping, Shandong Province, China. Now the design is completed and estimated date of completion in December，2020.
- Operation Flow
- The idea of this design is to innovate the typical isolated, closed and impervious life style in the traditional urban apartment buildings. Focusing on people's experience, different relationships between people, people and buildings as the leading role, with multiple lifestyle, green living concept and rural ecological community as the main purpose, to create a healthy and ecological livable place.
