About Smart wall رہائشی داخلی ڈیزائن

سمارٹ وال چانگشا میں انجام دیا گیا ایک رہائشی داخلی ڈیزائن کا منصوبہ ہے۔ تہہ دار خطوط کے ساتھ دو مائل دیواریں نسبتاً بڑی زینے کی جگہ کے منظر کو محدود کرتی ہیں اور کھانے کے حصے کو پردے میں رکھتی ہیں، جس سے مہمان براہِ راست بائیں جانب موجود بیٹھک کی طرف رخ کرتے ہیں۔ راہداری اور کھانے کے حصے کے درمیان ایک تقسیم کار دیوار کا اضافہ کیا گیا، اور زینے کی سمت کو بائیں جانب موڑ دیا گیا۔ موجودہ گزرگاہ کی تجدید کی گئی تاکہ تہہ خانے میں پروجیکشن دیوار کو وسیع کیا جا سکے، چنانچہ دیکھنے کا فاصلہ معمول پر آ گیا۔ نتیجہ ایک زیادہ واضح خاکہ ہے جس میں بہتر آمد و رفت اور متعدد افعال شامل ہیں۔

Unique Properties: Two inclined walls was designed with folding lines to tighten the vision of relatively large stairway and to set a visual block for the dining area, so as to lead guests directly to the living room on the left. A partition wall was built in between, and the direction of stairway changed to the left , also the existed aisle renovated to increase the width of projection wall, so as to make the sight distance normal.

Design Challenge: We met the first design challenge at the hallway. The existed hallway was straightly open to the dining area, a relatively private area. The living room, a relatively public area, is on the left of the hallway with some height difference. And the second challenge we met was the dining area almost surrounded by aisles with no complete wall. The basement seemed not practicable to build a audio-visual hall on the existed left part as it was a too long space to make projection on the wall, and the width was not suitable either.
Inspiration: The existed hallway was straightly open to the dining area, a relatively private area. The living room, a relatively public area, is on the left of the hallway with some height difference. Thus, a stairway with several steps was set between the two. The left of basement seemed not practicable to build a audio-visual hall on the existed left part as it was a too long space to make projection on the wall, and the width was not suitable either.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2018 and finished in December 2019 in Changsha.
