About Beauty Mansion White رہائشی داخلی ڈیزائن
بیوٹی مینشن وائٹ تائیوان کے نیو تائپے شہر میں ایک رہائشی عمارت کی مشترکہ جگہوں کے لیے کیا گیا داخلی ڈیزائن ہے۔ یہ ڈیزائن دو نسلوں کے ایک ساتھ رہنے کو سہارا دیتا ہے، جس میں ہر گھرانے کو خودمختاری حاصل ہے جبکہ خاندان باہم قریب رہتا ہے۔ بصری موضوع قریبی بیتان کے منظر کے پانی، بادلوں اور درختوں سے متاثر ہے۔ لابی کے مرکز میں ایک پرانا درخت کھڑا ہے، جو فرش سے چھت تک بلند ہو کر تمام گھرانوں کے درمیان ایک رابطے کی حیثیت رکھتا ہے۔ پانی کی لہریں چھت پر ٹائٹینیم چڑھی ہوئی دھات میں دوبارہ تخلیق کی گئی ہیں، جو دن کی روشنی کو منعکس کرتی ہے اور چراغوں کی ضرورت کو کم کر دیتی ہے۔

- Unique Properties
- The new two-generation residential life, Chinese Learning as the Fundamental Structure, Western Learning for Practical Use, not only fulfills the Western independent spirit, but further caters for the mutual watch-out between the two generations, as well as the emotional communication between the seniors and the grandchildren in a family.

- Production Technology
- The design merges with the landscape of Bitan in Xindian District and Liugongzun area, incorporating a north-south wind direction and air flow.The natural lighting and airing is attended to, and eco materials are used for the sake of sustainability.
- Design Challenge
- Water ripples are transformed into the ceiling decoration, made with titanium plated metal. It not only glitters like ocean waves, the property of metal reflection makes it easier to brighten up the indoor, so lights are not needed at day time for energy efficiency.
- Research
- The green library is built with wood and recyclable metal materials. Greens are planted to moderate humidity and create phytoncide; the top cover of the space is withdrawn so the air flow is generated effectively. Three-sided open window faces the garden and natural lights, and the sunlight and shapes of trees form an elaborate shadow show on the desktop. Also, wooden fences are lined up in the air like the intriguing tree branches in the forest, which is a feature of interaction with the nature.
- Inspiration
- The visual focuses on the scenic view of Bitan, taking the surrounding water, clouds, trees into consideration, as if composing a dance in the water shadows.
- Project Duration
- The project finished in May 2020 in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
- Operation Flow
- At the lobby center, the installation of an old tree reaches from the ground up to the ceiling in a grand presence, symbolizing a link of all households that share the building. The tiles resemble crayon scribbling on dried canvas, with the image of mountains and waters.
