About The Hub مخلوط استعمال سیاحتی ترقیاتی منصوبہ
دی ہب ایک مخلوط استعمال کا ترقیاتی منصوبہ ہے جو ہیلزول، وکٹوریہ، آسٹریلیا میں سیاحت کے لیے ڈیزائن کیا گیا ہے۔ یہ منصوبہ ایک تاریخی ورثے کی حامل مارکیٹ، ایک ایپی کیورین سینٹر، ایک بریوری، ایک ہوٹل، ایک ریستوران اور ایک فنکشن سینٹر کو یکجا کرتا ہے۔ چھ ایکڑ پر پھیلے اس مقام پر ایک پیدل راستہ تمام استعمالات کو آپس میں جوڑتا ہے۔ عمارتیں زمینی نشیب و فراز کی پیروی کرتے ہوئے سیڑھی نما انداز میں نیچے اترتی ہیں، اور مٹی سے بنے مواد اس ترقیاتی منصوبے کو گرد و نواح کے قدرتی منظرنامے سے ہم آہنگ کرتے ہیں۔ ڈیزائن کا تصور بیرونی ماحول کو اندر لے آتا ہے اور اس مقام کو پیدل آنے والے زائرین کے لیے کھول دیتا ہے۔ مقصد یہ ہے کہ مقامی سیاحت کو فروغ دیا جائے اور ساتھ ہی محلے کا اصل کردار بھی برقرار رکھا جائے۔

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
