About Cani Airwave سانس لینے والا (ہوا گزر) گدّا

کینی ایئرویو ایک ہوا گزر (بریدھ ایبل) گدّا ہے جو شیرخوار بچوں اور کم عمر بچوں کے لیے ڈیزائن کیا گیا ہے۔ اس گدّے کی پیمائش 120 x 60 x 5 سینٹی میٹر اور وزن 3200 گرام ہے۔ اندرونی ساخت پی ای ٹی تھرموپلاسٹک ایلاسٹومر سے بنی ہے جس میں سہ جہتی شہد کے چھتے جیسی بناوٹ ہے جو دباؤ کو کم کرتی ہے اور ہوا کو اندر آزادانہ گزرنے دیتی ہے۔ پاکٹ اسپرنگ ساخت ریڑھ کی ہڈی کی صحت مند نشوونما میں معاون ہے۔ غلاف نامیاتی کپاس سے تیار کیا گیا ہے اور اس پر بچوں کی تصویروں سے متاثر ہاتھ سے کڑھائی کیا ہوا ریچھ کا نقش موجود ہے۔ گدّے کو گرم پانی میں دھویا اور دھوپ میں خشک کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

Unique Properties: The founder, who has just become a dad, immersed in the joy of being a parent, realized that it was difficult to choose baby-safe products for children with atopic dermatitis, then he followed the doctors advice and went abroad to find organic cotton. After using the product, he didnt expect to improve the childs skin condition. To protect all children with different skin types, organic cotton was introduced to Taiwan and the infant organic brand was created. This mattress is one of them.
Dimensions & Packaging: The product is 120cm x 60cm x 5cm, and the weight is 3200g.

Production Technology: 1.Using European Food Law and FDA approved PP material, cani airwave mattress contains no plasticizer, formaldehyde and BPA. It is designed for babies who spit or wet its bed frequently, the mattress can be washed by hot water with 55° C~60 ° C degree and takes approximately only 3~5 hours to be thoroughly dried by sunlight.
Design Challenge: Every season, our company sends online questionnaires for mothers childcare needs, and counts the items that the mothers in Taiwan are most concerned about when choosing bedding for newborns (such as: ventilation, washable, anti-dust mite, hot water disinfection, high temperature sun exposure) Sterilization, customized size) and based on the market survey results to create the most suitable for the baby mattress. Conduct Internet questionnaires every season, cani airwave baby mattress aims to create infant bedding product according to customers advices.
Research: The breathable fibrous structure allows air to flow freely inside the mattress.
Designed for infant spine health development, cani airwave baby mattresss pocket spring structure has more supporting capacity than the normal flat design mattress.
Inspiration: People-oriented and live with the earth as the concept, babies have been in contact with natural organic cotton fabrics since their birth. The product structure is made of breathable, safe and supportable PET thermoplastic elastomer, and 3D honeycomb pressure-relieving texture, which makes babies more comfortable. Natural and organic, people-oriented, and live with the earth are our philosophy in making baby mattresses.
Project Duration: The project finished in 2015 and launched in 2015 in Taiwan.
Operation Flow: People-oriented-designers- inspired by childrens graffiti.
Live with the earth- choose the bear in the forest as the main pattern. From a childs point of view, we designed the innocent and childlike bear embroidery pattern on the organic cotton bed bag. Using the craftsmanship of Taiwanese craftsmen, the mattress was hand-made throughout the process, and the hand-embroidered stitches made the bears playful expression precisely.
