About Shanghai Yuemao Mansion ماڈل روم کا داخلی ڈیزائن

شنگھائی یُوماؤ مینشن ایک ماڈل روم ہے جو شنگھائی کے جیاڈنگ ضلع میں ایک رہائشی منصوبے کے لیے ڈیزائن کیا گیا ہے۔ اپارٹمنٹس مختصر ہیں، جن کے بنیادی نقشے تقریباً 80 سے 90 مربع میٹر کے ہیں۔ اس ڈیزائن کا تصور عمارت میں استعمال ہونے والی رال (رَیزن) کی سَن پلیٹ سے متاثر ہو کر لیا گیا۔ خطی عناصر کو بار بار دہرایا گیا ہے اور تکنیکوں کو سادہ رکھا گیا ہے تاکہ وہ چھوٹی جگہ کے مطابق ہوں۔ آمد و رفت کے راستوں کو فعال کمروں میں ضم کر دیا گیا ہے، جس سے قابلِ استعمال رقبہ بڑھ جاتا ہے۔ استعمال شدہ مٹیریلز میں سادہ وال پیپر، سَن بورڈ، دھاتی جڑائی، سرمئی ٹائلز اور بادامی (بیج) سنگِ مرمر شامل ہیں۔

Unique Properties: PK Proferties Shanghai Yuemao Mansion is located in Juyuan new district, Jiading District, Shanghai. The sample room of the project is small in size. The main room type is around 80-90 square meters, to interpret the standards of the metropolis elite.

Production Technology: Plain Wallpaper, Sun Board, metal inlay, gray tiles, beige marble.
Design Challenge: The optimization of House type is the most important work of the designer. After careful consideration, the interior design avoids the drawbacks of the original building, omits all traffic area, integrates it into the interior functional space, and expands the use area.
Research: The inspiration for the design came from the building's material, the Resin Sun Plate. In the design as far as possible the linear element reuse, simplifies the technique, the material in the small space. Preserve the original dimensions and sense of space.
Inspiration: In the design of the passageway, the designer to metaphorical visual expression, the street lane of the city shade and Ancient Wood Jiagao "moved into" indoor.
Project Duration: The project began in Shanghai in March 2020 ，and was completed in Shanghai in September2020
