About Osia Villa رہائشی داخلی ڈیزائن
اوسیا ولا ایک نجی رہائش گاہ ہے جو 2800 مربع میٹر کے قطعۂ زمین پر واقع ہے اور دھان کے کھیتوں کا نظارہ پیش کرتی ہے۔ یہ ڈیزائن اندرونی اور بیرونی حصوں کو آپس میں جوڑتا ہے، جس سے پناہ گاہ اور مناظرِ قدرت کے درمیان حد فاصل دھندلا جاتی ہے۔ ولا میں دو ٹیرس نمایاں ہیں: مشرقی ٹیرس ناشتے کے لیے ترتیب دیا گیا ہے اور دوسری منزل پر واقع مغربی ٹیرس شام کی نشستوں کے لیے استعمال ہوتا ہے۔ تفریحی منزل پر پرگولا نشست گاہ موجودہ شہتیروں کے جال پر قائم ہے اور غروبِ آفتاب کے مناظر کو ایک فریم عطا کرتی ہے۔ مواد مقامی طور پر حاصل کیا گیا اور فرش بندی میں گرینائٹ کے فاضل ٹکڑے استعمال کیے گئے ہیں۔

- Unique Properties
- A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

- Production Technology
- The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
- Research
- The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
- Inspiration
- The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
- Operation Flow
- The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
