پیچ ایک دوہری تہہ والا زخم کی دیکھ بھال کا ٹیپ ہے جو بچوں کے لیے ڈیزائن کیا گیا ہے۔ پیچ آئیوڈوفور جراثیم کشی اور خون روکنے کی دیکھ بھال کو ایک ہی مصنوعات میں یکجا کرتا ہے۔ مرکب بیرونی تہہ کو پھاڑ کر کھولا جاتا ہے تاکہ آئیوڈین میں بھگویا ہوا روئی کا پیڈ نکالا جا سکے، جو ابتدائی مرحلے میں جلد اور زخم کو صاف کرتا ہے۔ اس کے بعد سلیکون ریلیز فلم کو ہٹایا جاتا ہے، اور طبی ہوا گزر مواد والا ٹیپ زخم کو ڈھانپنے اور خون بہنا روکنے کے لیے لگایا جاتا ہے۔ مصنوعات کی پیمائش 50 ضرب 60 ملی میٹر ہے۔ مصنوعات اور پیکیجنگ پر بنے جانوروں کے شبیہ کردار کم عمر صارفین کی ہر مرحلے میں رہنمائی کرتے ہیں۔

Unique Properties: This project focuses on the healthy treatment of skin and
wounds and integrates product and packaging design. It can communicate with others when used, and get people's understanding and attention.
Integrated design through product functions and packaging. To seek a more contemporary style-quirky animated mascots which appeal to children: Sheep, elephant, panda, crocodile, pig, lion, cattle, enhance the affinity of products and packaging. The first two layer nursing tape with the functions of iodophor disinfection and nursing hemostasis as one was developed.

Production Technology: The design adopts a double-layer structure, through the applicability of medical breathable tape,organosilicon release film,composite material; After researching and testing the stripping force and adhesive force, the medical cotton tablets soaked in iodine and the hemostatic pad are set separately between the release film to form a combined component.

Research: Functional system for wound care is an iterative upgrade of the traditional Band Aid. Starting from the very beginning of the problem, through the research and analysis of children's daily nursing methods and nursing needs,experience, screening,testing,evaluation of material and functional needs, the first two-layer nursing tape with the functions of iodophor disinfection and nursing hemostasis as one was developed. It can better provide guided,timely care for children, meet the user experience and the emergency needs of more people. which have differentiated competitive advantages comparing with traditional Band Aids.
Inspiration: In daily life,Hemostatic cotton and iodophor are usually necessary for dressing wounds. you are easy to neglect to disinfect and clean the wound, which will lead to inappropriate care during the treatment. For children with no experience and lack of nursing knowledge, own due to their weak independent ability. they are often unable to complete the correct nursing of the wound. It is of great importance to provide a care product combining iodophor disinfection and nursing hemostasis, which can better improve the emergency plan of nursing measures.
Operation Flow: ①We only need to tear open the composite material of the double-layer care patch and take out the disinfecting cotton pad to disinfect the skin and wounds at early stage, reducing the risk of infection. ②Tear open the organosilicon release film, paste the medical breathable tape on the wound to bandage and stop bleeding, complete the basic treatment. It can better provide guided,timely care for children, meet the user experience and the emergency needs of more people.
