About Hongzhou Academy سیلز سینٹر
ہونگژو اکیڈمی چین کے نان چانگ کاؤنٹی کے مرکزی علاقے میں واقع ایک سیلز سینٹر ہے۔ اس عمارت میں گفت و شنید، دستکاری، بچوں کی سرگرمیوں اور نمائش کے لیے جگہیں موجود ہیں۔ دو بلاکس ایک چوراہے پر شہری سڑکوں کی جانب رخ کیے ہوئے ہیں، اور ان کی ایک دوسرے سے ہٹی ہوئی ترتیب داخلی چوک تشکیل دیتی ہے۔ ڈیزائن قدیم چینی طرزِ تعمیر سے ماخوذ ہے۔ ایلومینیم کی چادروں کو بکلز کے ذریعے جوڑا گیا ہے، جس سے بیرونی سطح پر اینٹوں جیسی ساخت پیدا ہوتی ہے۔ ایک ہموار خمدار سطح چھت کی خدوخال کو نمایاں کرتی ہے اور روایتی چھجوں کی یاد دلاتی ہے۔ شیشے کے وسیع حصے اور بلند ایٹریم اندرونی حصے کو کھلا اور آرام دہ تاثر عطا کرتے ہیں۔

- Unique Properties
- The project is located in the central area of Nanchang County. As a sales center, it undertakes the functions of negotiation, handwork, children's activity space and display. The building is located at the intersection, so there are two typical blocks facing the urban road respectively. These two blocks shapes the building, and the misplaced part forms the entrance square.

- Land area: 2375m² floor area: 1221m²

- Metallic aluminium sheet, glass, coating Material
- Design Challenge
- To avoid the glue layer on facade, architects designed a gusset plate unit also use aluminium to insure the tone of the grey facade.
- Research
- Chosing the material for roof was a difficulty. Designers compared the effect and cost of Titanium-zinc Panel, Al-Mg-Mn alloy building sheets and aluminium sheet and finally chosed aluminium sheet as the roof material.
- Inspiration
- The area has a splendid cultural history in ancient times, so the form fully refers to the ancient Chinese architecture. Aluminum plates are connected by buckles, forming a unique brick texture on the facade. The smooth arc-shaped curved surface outlines the skyline of the building, which reminds people of the eaves curve of ancient Chinese buildings.
- Project Duration
- The project started in August 2020 in Nanchang and finished in December 2020 in Nanchang, China.
- Operation Flow
- The building provides people with a comfortable purchasing environment. The large area of glass enables people to enjoy the external scenery. The high atrium increases the width of the space. People can regard it as a commercial building or a place to rest.
