About Air Dream گدّا
ایئر ڈریم ایک ایسا گدّا ہے جو آرام دہ اور ہوادار نیند کے لیے ڈیزائن کیا گیا ہے۔ اس گدّے میں TPEE بھرا گیا ہے، جو ایک قابلِ دھلائی اور قابلِ بازیافت مواد ہے جو ہوا کو گزرنے دیتا ہے اور لمس کو نرم رکھتا ہے۔ اندرونی طور پر نصب آزاد اسپرنگز غیر بُنے ہوئے تھیلوں میں رکھے گئے ہیں تاکہ درست سہارا مل سکے اور کام کے دوران آواز کم سے کم رہے۔ پانچ اندرونی تہیں معمول کی آرام، سست اخراج اور سہارا دینے والی تہوں کی جگہ لیتی ہیں۔ غلاف علیحدہ کیا جا سکتا ہے، اس لیے اسے آسانی سے صاف کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ اس کی ساخت ریڑھ کی ہڈی کے قدرتی خم کے مطابق ہے اور رات کے دوران کروٹیں بدلنے کو کم کرنے میں مدد دیتی ہے۔

- Unique Properties
- Air Dream is an innovative mattress on the market that provides users with a perfect sleeping experience. The mattress is made of highly breathable TPEE, creating a cloud-like soft and breathable touch for users. The built-in independent springs provide precise support and strong elastic. These functions allow users to achieve a balanced state of water in the body, thereby improving the quality of sleep and enhancing the experience of deep sleep.

- Production Technology
- The mattress is made of highly breathable TPEE, creating a cloud-like soft and breathable touch for users. TPEE is a revolutionary washable filling material for upholstered furniture. It overturns the fatal shortcomings of traditional mattresses that are stuffy and not breathable. It is breathable and maintains the stability of body moisture, allowing users to maintain breathable and comfortable sleep throughout the night.
- Design Challenge
- The product adheres to the environmental protection concept of energy-saving and emission reduction, and resource utilization. Inspired by oriental health care, 100% recyclable TPEE material completely breaks the fatal shortcomings of traditional mattresses that are hot and airtight. And it reduces users' evaluation rate of using air conditioners/fans to reduce emissions and save electricity resources.

- Inspiration
- Air Dream/Nature Air breaks the sequentially arranged structures of traditional type: the comfort layer, the slow-release layer, and the support layer, and adopt an innovated structure. The internal five layers of materials can be realized from top to bottom: high elasticity, breathability, precise support, independent work, etc. The mattress cover is designed to be detachable, which is convenient for users to keep clean daily life and maintain a long-term comfortable sleep.
- Project Duration
- By the design of Independent spring in non-woven bag, the noise reduced from the sound source of the product can be as low as 25 decibels at work after technological innovation(equivalent to ordinary softly whisper volume), which will not disturb patients and easily create a quiet nursing environment to bring a comfortable living environment for them.
- Operation Flow
- The human spine presents a certain physiological curve, and a suitable mattress must be in the natural S-shaped sleeping position we are used to. A mattress with a moderate hardness should be able to fit the contours of the body, allowing heavier body parts to fall into it, and at the same time provide support for other parts of the body, ensure blood circulation, and reduce the number of times the user turns over.
