About Cyan Bird بروچ، لاکٹ

سیان برڈ ایک ایسا زیور ہے جسے بروچ یا لاکٹ دونوں طرح پہنا جا سکتا ہے۔ اس ڈیزائن میں ایک پرندہ کھڑکی کی جالی پر بیٹھا دکھایا گیا ہے۔ پرندہ روایتی کلوازونے (مینا کاری) تکنیک سے تیار کیا گیا ہے، جو گہرے اور جاندار رنگ عطا کرتی ہے۔ کھوکھلی جالی 18 قیراط سونے سے بنی ہے اور وزن میں ہلکی ہے۔ جڑے ہوئے ہیرے دھوپ میں اس کی چمک کو مزید بڑھا دیتے ہیں۔ کلوازونے کا کام ہاتھ سے دس سے زائد مراحل میں مکمل کیا جاتا ہے، جن میں کٹائی، نقاشی، تار کا کام، مینا چڑھانا، 800 درجہ حرارت پر پکائی اور گھسائی شامل ہیں۔ بروچ کی بلندی 49 ملی میٹر اور چوڑائی 41 ملی میٹر ہے۔

Unique Properties: The artist integrates the traditional cloisonne craft into the jewelry design, making the design more modern while retaining the traditional Oriental characteristics, and striving to make efforts for the inheritance and development of the traditional cloisonne craft.

Production Technology: The Cyan bird cloisonne process used by this work is very complicated, need after cutting, carving, tinsel, silver inlay, coated with glaze, high temperature, grinding, etc more than ten working procedure, to do work in 800 - degree firing 20-30 times, can obtain the beautiful color, and these should be done purely manual. Due to the uncertainty of handwork, the success rate of a perfect cloisonne is not high, which is all the more precious in today's speed seeking industrial age.
Design Challenge: The biggest challenge of this design is to break through the tradition and combine the cloisonné craftsmanship originally applied to the utensils with gold and gemstones to make the design a unique piece of jewelry.
Research: Because the craftsmanship of Cloisonne uses copper as the inner bottom tire, in order to make the blue and green more vivid, it can experiment with silver tires. So the artist tried to adjust during the production process and successfully got more beautiful colors.
Inspiration: In ancient Chinese mythology, Cyan bird symbolize happiness. The whole design depicts a Cyan bird standing on the window lattice singing for its owner. The birds made of cloisonne are rich in color, gorgeous, beautiful and lively; the hollow window made of 18k gold is complex and light, with oriental characteristics. The inlaid diamonds shine in the sun, making the whole work look gorgeous and exquisite. When light reflects the shadow through the hollowed-out pane, light and shadow overlap, as if two birds were talking to each other, and the beautiful story slowly unfolded.
Project Duration: The project will be designed and produced in Beijing in 2021, and it will take 3 months in total.
