About Side کانفرنس کرسی

سائیڈ ایک کانفرنس کرسی ہے جو سیمینارز، تربیتی کورسز، اجلاسوں اور انتظار گاہوں کے لیے ڈیزائن کی گئی ہے۔ یہ کرسی ایک دوسرے کے اوپر رکھی جا سکتی ہے اور قطاروں میں آپس میں جوڑی جا سکتی ہے۔ خود بخود واپس مڑ جانے والی لکھنے کی تختی بطور اختیاری سہولت دستیاب ہے، جو سائیڈ کو ایک چھوٹے ورک اسٹیشن میں بدل دیتی ہے۔ اس کا ڈھانچہ پلاسٹک سے بنا ایک یکجا (مونوکوک) خول ہے، جبکہ فریم ایلومینیم اور دیگر دھاتوں سے تیار کیا گیا ہے۔ پولی پروپیلین سے بنی لچکدار پشت کمر کو سہارا دیتی ہے، جبکہ نشست کو آرام کے لیے نرم گدے سے مزین کیا گیا ہے۔ سائیڈ متعدد رنگوں میں، بازوؤں کے ساتھ یا اُن کے بغیر، اور ثابت پایوں یا پہیوں کے ساتھ پیش کی جاتی ہے۔

Unique Properties: Stackable, easy to connect, with or without a self-returning writing tablet, Side is an ideal chair for seminars, training courses and conferences, but even for meetings or waiting.
The design of the monocoque body, the elastic backrest, the soft upholstery of the seat guarantees extremely high comfort.
Side is available in many colors, with or without armrests, writing tablet, row connectors, and four legs with fixed feet or with casters.

Production Technology: Side is composed by a monocoque plastic body available in different colors and a mixed framework made of aluminium and other metals.
Ergonomic design with the elastic chair back made of new PP material, comfortably support the waist. Appropriate support can effectively relieve human body pressure.
Functional solutions like the easy aggregation system and the availability of a tablet fitted well into the design.
The decision of developing a monocoque body gave us the possibility of creating a big family of products: Side is available with a lot of different basis such as sled, four legs, five spokes with wheels and so on.
Design Challenge: The challenge is always the same: being able to create a product that is beautiful to look at, with reasonable production costs to reach a fair final price to be competitive on the international markets.
Research: The request was to create a contract chair with metal supporting structure and seat-backrest in plastic material; its armrests have a strong support to support the side tablet (aluminum painted in various colors).
Inspiration: After about 30 years of commitment in the design activity, and many of these involved in the design for seating, this project is the result of a great knowledge of both functions and form.
Project Duration: The project startet in March 2020 in Ponsacco (PI) and finished in March 2021 in Ponsacco (PI) and presented in March 2021 at the 47th CIFF (China International Furniture Fair) in Guangzhou, China
Operation Flow: This is a “contract” chair, for use in public spaces, such as meeting rooms and waiting areas, in general it is transformed with a practical tablet, becoming a small workstation.
