About Ungrey نجی اپارٹمنٹ کا داخلی ڈیزائن

انگرے (Ungrey) ممبئی میں واقع ایک نجی اپارٹمنٹ ہے جس کا داخلی رقبہ تقریباً 200 مربع میٹر ہے۔ کلر بلاکنگ اس ڈیزائن کی بنیادی خصوصیت ہے، جسے دیواروں اور فرش پر تسلسل کے ساتھ استعمال کیا گیا ہے۔ موجودہ سطحوں کو پالش کر کے مختلف رنگوں کے مائیکرو سیمنٹ سے ڈھانپا گیا اور پھر ان پر حفاظتی تہہ چڑھائی گئی۔ تمام اشکال کوٹنگ سے پہلے موقع پر ہی نشان زد کی گئیں تاکہ نقشوں کی عین مطابقت برقرار رہے۔ بار یونٹ اور کریڈنزا کارخانے میں تیار کیے گئے۔ یہ داخلی ڈیزائن عام سرمئی گھر کا متبادل ہے اور اسے ایک فن پارے کے طور پر محسوس کیے جانے کے لیے تخلیق کیا گیا ہے۔ اس منصوبے کی تکمیل میں آٹھ ماہ لگے۔

Unique Properties: The space is designed with colour blocking as the main design feature which required working on the existing flooring and walls with microcement layer.
Dimensions & Packaging: The apartment in about 200 Sq M

Production Technology: The space was marked with all sorts of forms and colours and proper colour blocking was done to continue on walls and floor.
Design Challenge: The main challenge was to polish the existing floor to make it adhesive to microcement. achieving right colours was a major task. The bar unit and credenza unit was factory made.
Research: The microcement was studied and understood with various samples and colours.
Inspiration: The client expressed that they wanted to not live any more in a standard GREY house which is the general trending design language and wanted to live in an artwork of a space.
Project Duration: The project was completed in 8 months
Operation Flow: The space was cleaned and marking was done for all proposed forms to ensure all design was executed as per drawings. The micro-cement layer was coated in various colours and later polished with a protective coating.
