About Track \[میز پوش برتنوں کا سیٹ\]

ٹریک ایک سیرامک ٹیبل ویئر سیٹ ہے جس میں پلیٹیں، پیالیاں اور پھولدان شامل ہیں۔ اس کی ساختیں سادہ اور رنگ روشن ہیں۔ سفید سطحیں ہر ٹکڑے پر یوں خم کھاتی ہیں جیسے برف اور اولے سرک رہے ہوں، اور ابھرتی و ڈھلتی ساخت خدوخال کو مزید واضح کر دیتی ہے۔ یہ سیٹ سیرامک سانچے کی ڈھلائی سے تیار کیا گیا ہے اور 1250 درجہ سینٹی گریڈ پر پکایا گیا ہے۔ جو شکلیں آسانی سے بگڑ جاتی ہیں، انہیں زیادہ درجہ حرارت پر پکائی کے دوران ایلومینا کے سہارے سے سنبھالا جاتا ہے، پھر ان پر روغن (گلیز) چڑھا کر دوبارہ پکایا جاتا ہے۔ ڈیزائن پُرسکون اور سادہ رہتا ہے، تاکہ کھانا ہی دسترخوان کا مرکزِ نگاہ رہے۔

Unique Properties: This set of utensils includes plates, water cups, flower utensils, etc. They have a simple shape, bright colors. The white trajectory is like ice and snow sliding, and the outline is more clearly depicted as the structure rises and falls.
Dimensions & Packaging: Cup #1: 75*75*90mm, Cup#2: 85*85*70mm, Floral vessel#1: 80*60*280mm, Floral vessel#2: 80*120*180mm, Plate#1: 290*140*18mm, Plate#2: 180*180*20mm.

Production Technology: The work is made of ceramic mould casting technique. Fired to 1250℃.
Design Challenge: The main difficulty in the development of the project was the deformation of the ceramic material. In solving this, I used a high temperature firing and low temperature glaze firing method for extremely deformable forms. The pieces are brazed with alumina during the high temperature firing process and then glazed for a third firing after shaping.
Research: Type of research: applied research, Research Objectives: tableware, Methodology: computer-aided design, Data collection: market research and questionnaires, Experiment: perception of the use of the piece, Results: the design in its shape makes the consumer more eager to buy and the meal experience becomes relaxed and enjoyable.
Inspiration: Dining times are often warm and beautiful, and a pleasant set of tableware can make the real thing more delicious. Tableware is the coat of food, so tableware design should not be noisy, but should be quiet and modest.
Project Duration: Started in June 2022 and finished in August.
Operation Flow: The work serves everyday life and is an expression of refined living and joie de vivre.
