About Rustic Zen اپارٹمنٹ کے اندرونی حصے کا ڈیزائن

رسٹک زین ناگپور، بھارت میں ایک اپارٹمنٹ کا اندرونی ڈیزائن ہے۔ یہ گھر ایک بلند و بالا عمارت کی چھٹی منزل پر تقریباً 400 مربع میٹر پر مشتمل پوری منزل پر واقع ہے، جو دو اپارٹمنٹس کو ملا کر بنایا گیا ہے۔ روشنی اور ہوا ہر طرف سے داخل ہوتی ہے۔ تقریباً 2000 مربع فٹ پر مشتمل رہائشی حصے میں ایک باضابطہ بیٹھک، ایک بار، ایک خاندانی بیٹھک اور کھانے کی جگہ شامل ہے، جنہیں ضرورت پڑنے پر شیشے کی دیواروں سے الگ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ ایک مہمان خانہ، ایک پاؤڈر روم اور باورچی خانہ کھانے کی جگہ سے منسلک ہیں۔ ایک رسٹک میٹریل پیلٹ اس گھر کے پرسکون اور خوبصورت کردار کو تشکیل دیتا ہے۔

Unique Properties: This Expansive Nagpur apartment draws light and ventilation from all directions as a luxury of sole floor owner.

The clients expressed their preference of Rustic spaces with a dash of elegance which was quite a challenge posed to us. We found this an exciting opportunity to explore a new genre of design.

The living room, about 2000 Sq Ft of space was tailored to house a formal living, bar, family living and a dining space.
Dimensions & Packaging: The apartment measures around 400 Sq. Mts. And is located on 6th Floor of a high rise building in Nagpur.

Production Technology: The site was a raw apartment with just column grid when we started to design the site. the layout was derived after amalgamating two apartments on the same floor making the entire floor exclusively available to client for their use.
Design Challenge: The major challenge was materiality to achieve the desired rustic appeal into the project
Research: The clients profile was studied and the space was designed as per their lifestyle to accommodate their staff within the space.
Inspiration: This Expansive Nagpur apartment draws light and ventilation from all directions as a luxury of sole floor owner.

The clients expressed their preference of Rustic spaces with a dash of elegance which was quite a challenge posed to us. We found this an exciting opportunity to explore a new genre of design.

The living room, about 2000 Sq Ft of space was tailored to house a formal living, bar, family living and a dining space. The spaces could be cordoned off any time with the use of glass partit
Project Duration: The project started in Oct 2019 in Nagpur and finished in January 2023.
Operation Flow: The project was a raw apartment and we shaped up the layout first as required by client. Eventually when the spaces were shaped up we added a rustic material pallet.
