About Yiheng Investment Management دفتری داخلی ڈیزائن

ییہنگ انویسٹمنٹ مینجمنٹ چین کے صوبے ژے جیانگ میں واقع ایک دفتری داخلی منصوبہ ہے، جس کا کل رقبہ 660 مربع میٹر ہے۔ اس ڈیزائن کا موضوع پانی ہے۔ خم دار چھت کی ساختیں اور بہتی ہوئی روشنی کی پٹیاں کام کے حصوں کو آپس میں جوڑتی ہیں اور مختلف زونز کے درمیان حدود کو نرم بناتی ہیں۔ داخلی ہال میں خم دار عناصر، روشنی کی جھلی کی صورت میں ایک بڑی گول چھت، اور دونوں جانب لائٹ بیلٹس کے ساتھ ایک ایل ای ڈی دیوار کو یکجا کیا گیا ہے۔ جزوی طور پر دھندلا کیا گیا شیشہ شو روم کو مذاکراتی کمرے سے جدا کرتا ہے اور بیرونی روشنی کو اندر لاتا ہے۔ یہ ترتیب آزادانہ نقل و حرکت کو ممکن بناتی ہے اور ساتھ ہی نجی رازداری کا تحفظ بھی کرتی ہے۔

Unique Properties: Compared with the clear zoning of the traditional office, the design team wanted to create a multi-spatial form that blurs the boundaries, where people walk freely and work effectively in the space of different interfaces, and this rhythmic and rhythmic change will also form beauty and imagination in people's feelings.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project has a total area of 660 square meters. The road showroom and the negotiation room are divided by partially atomized glass, which brings the outdoor lighting and extends the space vision. The road showroom combines the cascading suspended ceiling shape, ring pendant lamp, and oval conference table, emphasizing the sense of an enclosed space.

Production Technology: The curved elements in the entrance hall are interwoven in every corner of the space. The huge round ceiling is combined with the light film modeling, like a spaceship shuttling through the stars. The led background wall combined with the drip lamp belt on both sides, is like a continuous flow of information, indicating the digitalization and globalization of enterprises in the information age. Like a star falling into the earth, it illuminates and touches all who come and go here.
Design Challenge: To ensure the daily office needs, the top curve shape combined with a curve light belt in the workplace, such as river convergence, from the visual sense, the office area and other Spaces are connected. In space planning, the designer uses the reasonable division of functional area and modeling background to integrate the office area with the spatial dynamic line, which releases the space and ensures privacy to a certain extent.
Research: When the Oriental language meets the modern office space, the combination of classical and modern methods far reaching. The designer uses symbols with an Eastern context to decorate the main room and the secondary room of the independent trading room, bringing aesthetics to the space, and giving a beautiful vision to the enterprise.
Inspiration: Themed with water, the space design borrows the source of the growth of all things, so that the value grows and the enterprise takes off. The spatial circulation line slowly unfolds in the form of the confluence of rivers, and the water is flexible and malleable, forming continuous language symbols in the space, creating the tranquility and flow of water in the space so that people's work behavior also unfolds.
Project Duration: The project was designed in June 2022 and completed in December 2022 in Zhejiang, China.
Operation Flow: The shape of the winding and flowing top light belt matches the undulating and silky wall, making people in it more like sitting on a ship ripening in the lake, exploring and sailing towards the distance in their hearts.
