About Shanghai Bohua Tower 55F دفتری اندرونی ڈیزائن
شنگھائی بوہوا ٹاور 55F ایک سرمایہ کاری کمپنی کے لیے تیار کردہ دفتری اندرونی ڈیزائن ہے جو مخلوط طرزِ کار (ہائبرڈ ورک) کے تحت کام کرتی ہے۔ یہ دفتر عملے کو شنگھائی میں ایک مرکزی مقام فراہم کرتا ہے اور سرمایہ کاروں و مہمانوں کے لیے موزوں اجلاس گاہ بھی مہیا کرتا ہے۔ منصوبے کو لابی کے ذریعے دو حصوں میں تقسیم کیا گیا ہے: ایک طرف ورک اسٹیشن اور دوسری طرف میٹنگ کا علاقہ۔ چار طویل میزیں، جو لائبریری کی مطالعاتی میزوں کی یاد دلاتی ہیں، ذاتی لاکرز کے ساتھ مل کر کام کرنے کی جگہ پر نمایاں ہیں۔ نجی ڈیسک لکڑی کی جزوی دیواروں کے پیچھے رکھے گئے ہیں۔ سادہ اور محدود مواد کا انتخاب کنکریٹ، ٹریورٹائن اور ہلکے بلوط (پیل اوک) تک محدود رکھا گیا ہے، جبکہ پینلز، جزوی دیواریں اور کیبنٹری سب ایک ہی ماڈیول کا حصہ ہیں۔

- Unique Properties
- Providing a physical home for many of the staff of an investment firm that has been working from home during the pandemic. It provides not only an office home base in Shanghai but also a suitable meeting space for the various investors, and VIPs. Programmatically, it is divided into two sides by the lobby, a workstation side and a meeting side. The office side is dominated by four long tables recalling library reading tables and personal lockers. Private desks are hidden behind wood partitions.

- Inspiration
- Minimal and restrained, the material finish is dominated by pale travertine, concrete, and oak. The wood panels, travertine, and glass partitions and cabinetry share the same dimensional module and provide a consistent spatial and visual rhythm throughout the office. The verticality of the module also recalls classical building proportions to ground the design suitable for a financial company.
