About Next Collection رہائشی کمپلیکس

نیکسٹ کلیکشن ایک رہائشی کمپلیکس ہے جسے گرین کیپ کے مناظرِ قدرت سے ہم آہنگی میں ڈیزائن کیا گیا ہے۔ عمارت تین خودمختار بازوؤں پر مشتمل ہے جو ایک ایسے پوڈیم پر رکھے گئے ہیں جس میں ایک باغ شامل ہے۔ چھت کو ایک سماجی علاقے کے طور پر استعمال کیا گیا ہے جہاں ایک ریستوران، ایک بار اور ایک تیراکی کا تالاب موجود ہے۔ بازوؤں کی ترتیب اپارٹمنٹس اور پوڈیم پر واقع باغ کے درمیان واضح روانی کو ممکن بناتی ہے۔ اندرونی حصہ کم سے کم (منیملسٹ) طرزِ فکر پر مبنی ہے جس میں بحری تھیم اور پُرسکون رنگوں کا انتخاب شامل ہے۔ یہ ڈیزائن نامیاتی شکلوں کو گرد و پیش کی ارضی ساخت کے ساتھ یکجا کرتا ہے۔

Production possibilities influenced material choices, while technological advancements shaped the project's form. Overcoming these obstacles required a nuanced approach, integrating diverse elements while maintaining the project's integrity. "Next Collection" stands as a testament to transcending challenges, a synthesis of creativity navigating historical, social, and external factors, resulting in a design that seamlessly blends the contemporary with the contextual.
Research: The design research for "Next Collection" encompasses a contextual exploration focused on organic integration. Our objective was to create a multifunctional complex harmonizing with Green Cape's landscape. Tools included 3D modeling and architectural software. Residents, key participants, influenced the functional distribution and layout. Results showcase a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality. Insights highlight the project's impact on modern living, influencing societal and design perspectives. "Next Collection" epitomizes research-driven innovation, transforming not only physical spaces but also redefining the essence of contemporary living in business, society, and design realms.

Project Duration: The project designing started in 2023 and construction will be ended in 2025.

The three independent wings facilitate a dynamic flow, connecting residents with a garden oasis on the podium.
