About Yenikoy House رہائشی داخلی ڈیزائن

ینی کوئے ہاؤس ایک رہائشی داخلی ڈیزائن منصوبہ ہے جو استنبول، ترکی میں واقع ہے۔ یہ گھر 250 مربع میٹر پر پھیلا ہوا ہے اور اس میں 80 مربع میٹر کی ایک چھت (ٹیرس) بھی شامل ہے۔ خاکے میں چار کمرے ہیں، جن میں دو خواب گاہیں، ایک جِم کا حصہ، ایک نشست گاہ اور ایک باورچی خانہ شامل ہیں۔ ڈیزائن کو شہر کے منظر کے گرد ترتیب دیا گیا ہے، تاکہ مکین اندر سے ہی گرد و نواح کے شہر کو محسوس کر سکیں۔ فرنیچر کو سادہ رکھا گیا ہے تاکہ توجہ باہر کے منظر پر مرکوز رہے۔ دیواروں اور چھت پر تادِلاکت استعمال کیا گیا، جو ایک قدرتی اور سانس لینے والا ماحول دوست مادہ ہے۔

Unique Properties: It is a interior design residential project.
The house is Located in Istanbul, Turkey. It is a 250 mt2 house. It is 4 room house with 2 bed rooms, 1 gym area, living area and a kitchen.
Dimensions & Packaging: 250 m2 inside and 80 m2 terrace
Tags: Modern style
Production Technology: Tadelakt was used for the walls and the ceiling, it is a natural tint and a breathing ecological material. The approach was to try to be as simle as possible.
Design Challenge: This project is mostly based on simplicity. ın this project you can see the vivid part of the decoration by the chosen art pieces and some limited edition products.
Research: Designer's own style and research for the material and products.
Inspiration: This design inspired by the view of this place. It was wanted to feel the city while inside the house. So all the interior shaped around this feeling. The furnitures was kept simple to enhance the effect of the view and ensuring that the focus remains on the dynamic city outside, allowing residents to truly feel the vibracy of the location.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2023 in Istanbul and finished in June 2023.
Operation Flow: After the design and renders of the project, the products get ordered and the furnitures, than the production has started and after 5 moths everything was done.
