About Velo Solex Revival Elektr velosiped

Velo Solex Revival — 1949-yilda ishlab chiqarilgan asl Solex benzinli mopedi asosida yaratilgan elektr velosiped. Ramaning geometriyasi va shakli 1949-yilgi original modelga mos keladi, biroq rama elektr motor va akkumulyatorni joylashtirish uchun moslashtirilgan. Zamonaviy materiallar, jumladan alyuminiy, karbon va po'lat qo'llanilgan. Karbon va kevlar kabi yengil materiallar vaznni past darajada saqlashga yordam beradi, bu esa velosipedning yengil va sportiv xarakteriga mos keladi. Transport vositasining o'lchamlari 180 sm x 55 sm x 95 sm bo'lib, og'irligi 25 kilogrammni tashkil etadi. Dizayn 500 nafar iste'molchidan to'plangan fikr-mulohazalar asosida ishlab chiqilgan.

Bronza g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining keng tajribasi, tasavvuri va topqirligini tasdiqlovchi juda mohir va hayratlanarli darajada ijodiy buyumlardir. Velo Solex Revival Elektr velosiped yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, diqqatga sazovor darajada kasbiy va innovatsion buyum bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiyadagi eng yaxshi amaliyotlarni o‘zida mujassam etadi va tafsilotlarga e’tibori bilan a’lodir. Unique Properties: Our company has the right to use the Solex brand via a license agreement. The original Solex was introduced in the year 1949 as a gasoline moped. We have taken the design from that time and converted into an electric bicycle. The geometry of the frame and the shape of the frame is the same as in 1949. Wez have converted the frame to accommodate an electric motor and a battery. A lot of modern materials has been used to create this vehicle such as aluminium for the frame.

Production Technology: A variation of materials are used to realise this vehicle. Alluminium, Carbon and steel
Design Challenge: The most critical challenge was to get the weight down to a record breaking level. The electric bicycle has a race bike dna and must therefor be light. But having the added weight of a battery and a motor was the most difficult challenge. The way we have solved the challenges is by using untraditional materials for an electric bike such as carbon and kevlar instead of metal and alloy
Research: We have done research in aerodynamics, weight ratio to stiffness of the frames. This is a totally new method in the electric bicycles industry where those parameters mentioned has not been explored before now with our new Velo Solex bicycle product. Diavelo, Easybike and K&K has the licence rights to use the Velo Solex brand for electric bicycles.
Inspiration: We have been inspired by the original Velo Solex gasoline moped from the year 1946. Then we have converted the old shapes into a modern vehicle with the use of modern materials and an electric drive train from Bosch.
Project Duration: 12 month from first sketch to the final Product. Paris 2019
