Yongqing Fang Grand Theater Renovation Ko'rgazma maydoni interyer dizayni haqida

Yongqing Fang Katta Teatri rekonstruksiyasi — Guanchjou shahridagi ko'rgazma va investitsiyalarni jalb qilish markazi uchun ishlab chiqilgan interyer dizaynidir. Teatr Enning ko'chasidagi Yongqing Fang hududining ramziy binosi bo'lib, bu qayta ta'mirlangan eski ko'cha o'zining qadimiy brendlari va turizmi bilan mashhur. Dizayn eski va yangi elementlarni bir-biriga qarama-qarshi qo'yadi. Quti shaklidagi hajmlar 334 kvadrat metrlik notekis maydonni tartibga soladi. Birinchi qavatda loyiha ko'rgazmalari joylashgan bo'lsa, yuqori qavat muzokaralar uchun foydalaniladi. Materiallar orasida yog'och shpon, oq bo'yoq, qora alyuminiy panellar va kulrang plitka mavjud. In recent years, Enning Road has been renovated, and gradually developed into a famous street full of time-honored brands that focuses on the tourism industry, even claimed as "the most beautiful old street in Guangzhou". As the Grand Theateris one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalizeit and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.

Since the designers hope to impress visitors with greater visual impact, frosted steel is put into use as the door frame combined with transparent glass, thereby combining the indoor and outdoor landscape.

And Enning Road is also the soul of Qilou buildings in Sai Kwan.As the Grand Theater is one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalize it and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.
Ilhom: The designers used the contrast of the old and the new, the past and the present to renovate the interior space. At the same time, various elements like light and shadow, and reality and fantasy are applied into the design.
In terms of space planning, boxes are used to form different functional divisions that can present changeable space structures while unifying the irregular spaces. The 1F is mainly used for project exhibitions. While the second floor is primarily designed for negotiation.
Loyiha muddati: The project started in September 2019 and finished in November 2019 in Guangzhou.
