About Line Rings Uzuk

Line Rings — taqinchoq va uni taqib yuruvchi o'rtasidagi o'zaro ta'sirni ko'rsatib berishga mo'ljallangan to'qqizta uzukdan iborat to'plam. Har bir uzuk ichidagi harakatlanuvchi shar maxsus yo'lakcha bo'ylab siljiydi va ovoz, tebranish hamda aylanish orqali javob-aloqa beradi. Ushbu to'plam labirint va geometrik arxitektura ilhomida yaratilgan. Ko'p bo'lakli tuzilmalar shar uchun turli-tuman yo'llarni hosil qiladi. Uzuklar uch o'lchamli bosma va yo'qoladigan mum quyish usulida guruchdan tayyorlanib, kumush bilan qoplangan. Har bir uzukning o'lchami taxminan 4 ga 4 ga 4 santimetrni tashkil etadi.

Unique Properties: This project is a collection of nine rings that are designed to highlight the interaction between wearer and jewelry. The moveable sphere inside the ring provides feedback to the wearer through sounds, vibration, and rotation.
Dimensions & Packaging: Approximately 4*4*4 cm each

Production Technology: 3D Printing; Lost Wax Casting; Brass; Silver Plating
Design Challenge: Precious measuring. After experimenting with different 3D printed materials, I limit the thickness of the wire to 1.2mm, with a 6mm gap in between the rail to ensure the sphere flow constantly in the ring. It is hard to calculate the measurement in a 3D form.
Inspiration: The Line Collection was inspired by the labyrinth and geometric architectures. The moveable sphere inside slides in various directions along the track, while diverse multi-segment structures bring greater possibilities to the trajectory of the ball. I utilized 3D CAD techniques to bring precision and higher complexity in creating perfect line construction in small scale rings.
Project Duration: The project started in September 2019 in Savannah, GA, and finished in March 2020.
