About Compact Primary Function: Havo tozalagich

Compact — bu kichik interyerlar uchun mo'ljallangan havo tozalagich. Qurilma kichik hajm ichida soatiga 200 kub metr toza havo yetkazib berish tezligini ta'minlaydi, shuning uchun tozalagich cheklangan yashash maydonlariga mos keladi. Innovatsion havo tunneli filtr tayanchlari, bir nechta tashqi qismlar va tunnelni yagona komponentlarga birlashtiradi, faqat beshta asosiy qismni qoldiradi. Qismlar sonining kamayishi ishlab chiqarish murakkabligini va xarajatlarni pasaytiradi, bu esa yopiq muhitdagi toza havoni yanada arzonlashtiradi. Yuqori markazidagi egri chiziq ko'plab infraqizil masofadan boshqarish pultlari bilan ishlaydigan qabul qilgichni ushlab turadi. Korpus quyma ABS plastikdan tayyorlangan.

Kumush g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining ajoyib mahorati, iste’dodi va o‘tkirligini ko‘rsatuvchi juda yorqin va o‘ta ijodiy asarlardir. Compact Primary Function: Havo tozalagich ajoyib, namunaviy, diqqatga sazovor darajada kasbiy va chuqur innovatsion asar bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Kumush Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiya chegaralarini kengaytiruvchi juda e’tiborga loyiq, tahsinga sazovor ixtirodir. Compact Primary Function: Havo tozalagich ko‘pchilik havas qiladigan, istaklarni uyg‘otadigan, ijobiy tuyg‘ular olib keladigan hamda hayrat va ajablanish uyg‘otadigan ijoddir.

Unique Properties: The Compact Air Purifier can blend in multitype of small scale interiors to fit target customer's living condition credit to its 200m3/h CADR into a small volume. Curves at top center reveals a receiver matched with multitype of infrared remote controller, creating an overall visual center. Corner curves and clean design illuminates its elegant impression. It merges various parts such as the filter support parts, some appearance parts and the air tunnel parts into one. Then, the product has only 5 main parts, which greatly reduces the cost.

Design Challenge: The challenge comes from design constraints imposed by cost.
Research: CAP shares external and internal parts and rearranges assembling method through its innovative wind tunnel design, reducing manufacture complexity and cost. Such design enables lower retail prices and allows massive low-income population a chance to improve indoor air quality.
Inspiration: People in developing regions are facing the situation of low income and air quality issue. So the design team try to create a innovative wind tunnel to reduce manufacture complexity and cost. The design aim to allow massive low-income population a chance to improve indoor air quality. So, we redesigned the structure of the product and merged various parts such as the filter support parts, some appearance parts and the wind tunnel parts into one. Then, this product has only 5 main parts, which greatly reduces the volume and costs.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2019 in Beijing and finished in March 2020 in ShenZhen, China.
