About Orizzonte 02 Karta Qutisi

Karta qutisi noyob va ekologik toza baliq teri materialini namoyish qiluvchi chiroyli dizaynga ega. Manzarani o'zingiz bilan olib yurish kontseptsiyasi dengiz to'lqinlarini ifodalash uchun baliq terisi va osmonning o'zgaruvchan ranglarini aks ettirish uchun gradient teridan foydalanish orqali nafis tarzda tasvirlangan. Fu-kin-machi an'anaviy yapon pufagi ishlab chiqarish texnikasi oqlangan va osongina joylashtiriladigan karta qutisini yaratish uchun qo'llaniladi. Tashlab qo‘yilgan baliq terisidan baliq terisi sifatida foydalanish innovatsion va barqaror yondashuv bo‘lib, atrof-muhit chiqindilarini kamaytirishga yordam beradi.

Temir g‘oliblari o‘z yaratuvchilarining katta mahorati, yuksak ixtisosligi, mutaxassis tushunchasi va ijodiy salohiyatini namoyon etadi. Orizzonte 02 Karta Qutisi yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, amaliy hamda innovatsion ijod bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Temir Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn soha eng yaxshi amaliyotlarini uyg‘unlashtiradi va bilim hamda iste’dod bilan bog‘langan layoqatli texnik xususiyatlarga ega. Unique Properties: The concept is "Carry the scenery with you". The fish leather represents "the waves of the sea", while the gradient leather represents "the changing colours of the sky". The colour variations are named "L'ora blu (Blue Hour)" and "Il notturno (Night Scene)", with the sea and sky of each hour expressed in fish leather and gradient leather.

Production Technology: Fish leather made from discarded fish skin and gradient leather dyed in layers of colour one by one using dyes. In addition, the edges are beautifully finished with high strength by Leather Edge Creaser.
Design Challenge: After continually searching for a way to achieve a beautiful gradation and repeatedly making samples, we were finally able to create a gradation leather that we were satisfied with.
Research: By making effective use of fish skin as fish leather, which would otherwise have been thrown away, the company believes it is possible to reduce the burden on the environment. In addition, the design not only uses fish leather, but also makes use of the fish scale pattern.
Inspiration: When I was fishing before dawn and saw the blue hour landscape, I noticed that the scale pattern on the fish leather resembled ocean waves and came up with the idea of a leather item that represents the sea with fish leather and the sky with gradient leather.
Project Duration: The project started in November 2021. Samples are completed in December 2022, with pre-orders starting in February 2023.
Operation Flow: Using the traditional Japanese bellows manufacturing technique of "Fu-kin-machi," we have created a thin, easy-to-insert business card case.
