About Residential Building Mehmonxona interyer dizayni

Turar-joy binosi — Germaniyaning Ueberlingen shahridagi ko'l bo'yidagi promenadda joylashgan, 17-asrga oid bino uchun ishlab chiqilgan interyer dizayni loyihasidir. Binoda 1957 yildan beri restoran faoliyat yuritib kelmoqda. Rekonstruksiya jarayonida binoning tarixiy qiyofasi saqlanib qolingan va barqaror uslublar qo'llanilgan. Mavjud tayanch konstruksiyalar tiklangan va tarixiy mebellarga yangi vazifa berilgan. Eski yog'och tirgaklar va ramzlar interyerga uyg'unlashtirilgan. Bar zonasidagi ko'k ranglar ko'l suvining rangini aks ettiradi, kattalashtirilgan derazalar esa suvga qarab ochiladigan keng manzaralarni taqdim etadi.

Upcycling played an important role: existing structural elements were carefully restored, and historic furniture was given a new purpose. Research
Old town area in Ueberlingen requires careful handling. Parts of the building belonged to the old city wall.
Inspiration
The lakefront location was central to the design, with the lake flowing into the interior. This was achieved through a thoughtful choice of materials and colors, especially in the bar area, where shades of blue reflect the water’s hues. Floor to ceiling windows offer captivating views, strengthening the connection with the lake. In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
Project Duration
The project started in 2022 in Ueberlingen Germany and was completed in 2024.
Operation Flow
The building was to be given a new lease of life without losing the memories of times gone by.
