About Selectum Babil Turar-joy majmuasi
Selectum Babil — Antalyaning turizm hududida beshyulduzli mehmonxona konsepsiyasida loyihalashtirilgan turar-joy majmuasidir. Loyiha turar-joy bloklarini, tijorat maydonlarini va umumiy ijtimoiy inshootlarni o‘zida birlashtiradi. Ikki blokdan iborat majmuada A blokida 97 ta, B blokida esa 84 ta xonadon joylashgan, shift balandligi 3,30 metrni tashkil qiladi. Me’moriy yechim Bobilning Osma bog‘laridan ilhomlanib yaratilgan bo‘lib, yashil o‘simliklar terrasa qatlamlariga joylashtirilgan. Umumiy foydalanishdagi qulayliklar qatoriga yopiq va ochiq basseynlar, spa markazi, restoran, sport zali va bar kiradi. It offers shared amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, spa, restaurant, gym, bar, and mini club. Owners benefit from hotel services through a shared fee, covering facilities from laundry to buffet dining. Construction began after the permit was granted in February 2025 and is currently at the structural shell stage.
