Ushbu ferma villasi loyihasi pensiya hayotida egalik qilgan katta er uchastkasida dam olish uchun villa olish bilan bir kishining orzusi amalga oshishi haqida edi. Orqa fonning ohangini belgilash uchun yog'och uyning tomi, ustunlar va oq devorlarga ta'sir qilish, keyin hashamatli elementlarni, yorug'lik va materiallarni diqqat bilan qoplash, umumiy ko'rinishga chuqurlik qo'shish uchun ferma uyi mavzusi kontseptual ravishda ishlab chiqilgan. . Asosiy rang sxemasi zamonaviy, abadiy va klassik dizaynni yaratish uchun monotondir. Keyin individual qismlar qiziqish uyg'otish uchun tanlangan va har bir makonga urg'u berilgan.
