The City Over Clouds Advokatlik firmasi ofisi haqida

"Bulutlar uzra shahar" — Xitoyning Guanchjou shahridagi minoraning yigirma uchinchi qavatida joylashgan advokatlik firmasi ofisidir. Interyer 1800 kvadrat metrni egallaydi va Injulı daryoga (Pearl River) qaraydi. Materiallar qatoriga tabiiy ko'k tosh, oq keramik bo'yoq, gofrirlangan va silliq zanglamas po'lat plitalar, ko'k oyna, yog'och hamda ingichka yoritish tizimi kiradi. Ravoqsimon shakl ish maydoniga kirishni belgilaydi va tantanavorlik hissini uyg'otadi. Oq yuzalar va to'lqinsimon shakllar bulutlarni eslatadi. Rejalashtirish global dunyoqarashning mahalliy donishmandlik bilan uyg'unlashuvi g'oyasini ifodalaydi.

Oltin g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining daholigi, donoligi va mahoratini aks ettiruvchi benihoya innovatsion, uzoqni ko‘ra oladigan va ko‘zni qamashtiruvchi ijodlardir. The City Over Clouds Advokatlik firmasi ofisi misli ko‘rilmagan qiymat keltiruvchi, juda maqtalgan, yo‘nalish belgilovchi va yodgorlik darajasidagi ixtiro bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Oltin Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiya chegaralarini katta foyda bilan kengaytiruvchi ko‘zni qamashtiruvchi, e’zozlangan loyihadir. The City Over Clouds Advokatlik firmasi ofisi kuchli istak tuyg‘ularini yaratadi, ishtiyoqni uyg‘otadi, ijodkorlikni rag‘batlantiradi va bizni maftun etadi.

Noyob xususiyatlar: When the building that towers into the clouds meets the solemnity of law firm, something magical is expected to happen here. The new office for Global Kingway Law Firm will be situated in the vicinity of Liede Bridge, from which you can enjoy a bird's-eye view of the whole Pearl River New Town.

Dizayn muammosi: The lines cut off by the walls and tread surface, which draws inspiration from Scarpa’s forms for artistic modeling, and symbolizes statute books and the intertwined lines of longitude and latitude, is expressing the key idea and vision of Global Kingway Lay Firm. Standing in this room, when you look up for the lights that could change colors, you can feel the solemnity and the vitality of law.
Tadqiqot: With such a global vision and a great location, the office, or the law firm, will be standing on the top of the world, as a City over the Clouds that conveys beauty and its unique philosophy, namely being calm and reliable, as well as kind and approachable.
Ilhom: A tribute to Carlo Scarpa (an Italian architect). He pays special attention to the form and ways of using materials, so as to better explore the nature of things on the world, something that is often hidden and obscured, and to express a power that gushes out from the inside. An artwork is supposed to be an integrated form of various elements that coexist harmoniously, elements that bring inspiration by parts of the decoration, and show the nature of things through the details.
Loyiha muddati: Located in 23 Floor, North Tower, Guangbaozhongxin, No.370, Yuejiangxi Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.The project is finished in June, 2019.
Ish jarayoni: The designer has based this project on the key idea of Global Kingway Law Firm, which is global vision together with local wisdom. This design makes full use of the height of the building towering into the sky, the breath-taking view over the bank of Pearl River, the culture and wisdom of the Pearl River region that lasts for over thousands of years, and presents the ethos of a law firm, expressing both elegance and wisdom.
