The Intelligent Eggshell Lamp Chinni Tungi Chiroq haqida

Aqlli Tuxumpo'choq Chirog'i — bu qo'lda ishlangan tuxumpo'choq chinnisi va ovozli boshqaruvni birlashtirgan chinni tungi chiroqdir. Chiroq qalpog'i qirqdan ortiq ish jarayoni, qayta-qayta tozalash va o'yish hamda uch marotaba pishirish orqali yaratilib, devor qalinligi 1 mm dan kam bo'lishiga erishilgan. O'yilgan nuqtalar, chiziqlar va yuzalar chiroq yoqilganda tungi osmon kabi yaltiraydi. Konussimon korpus qo'lda qulay turishi va ag'darilib ketmasligi uchun egilgan shaklda ishlangan. Chiroq ovoz orqali yoqiladi va o'chiriladi, shu bois qo'llar bo'sh qoladi. Ushbu dizayn an'anaviy xalq hunarmandchiligini qayta jonlantirishni maqsad qilgan.

Dizayn muammosi: One of the challenges is to improve the qualified rate of good porcelain because it is too thin to keep the shape during firing. The other is how to assemble the porcelain lampshade onto the electronic components accurately.
Ilhom: We are a product design company from jingdezhen, a famous porcelain capital in China and abroad.
We found out that eggshell porcelain, in the past, was the best product for the emperor, with exquisite workmanship. However, at present, they are too traditional and old fashion to be liked by young people.
