Giới thiệu Zhongang Future City Thiết kế Cảnh quan

Zhongang Future City là một thiết kế cảnh quan cho khu vực trình diễn tại huyện Ninghai, tỉnh Chiết Giang, Trung Quốc. Khu đất có diện tích 7984 mét vuông và được bao quanh bởi mặt nước ở ba phía, với tầm nhìn hướng ra công viên thành phố và biển. Chủ đề được lấy cảm hứng từ biển cả và được thể hiện qua mặt nước xanh nhạt, đường bờ biển đa giác và tác phẩm điêu khắc cá voi đang nhảy vọt. Các vật liệu chính bao gồm gạch trắng, đá granite xám, gạch khảm xanh và nhôm sơn trắng. Tuyến đường tham quan được chia thành các khu vực theo chủ đề, mang lại trải nghiệm yên bình và thư thái.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: The design adheres to the original intention of interpreting nature and it integrates the understanding of nature and respect for the city into the construction. Featured blue seascape, the landscape allows busy urbanite to drift away from the busy city.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: The landscape area covers 7984 square meters. It is located in Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, between the Tiantai Mountains and Siming Mountains, which is high in the west and low in the east. It stands in a coastal mountain and hilly area. Surrounded by water on three sides, the site features an unique landscape with a good view of municipal park and sea.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: The main materials include jazz-like white tiles, white wood-grain tiles, sesame gray granite, blue mosaic, white painted aluminum, gravel, etc. The light blue and off-white palette sets off the light blue waterscape, creating a clean and refreshing landscape scene. The wall facade is made of imitation stone tiles, which has a fresh texture. The gallery frame and porch are made of aluminum plate with white paint. The overall white background highlights the green plants, integrating the landscape into nature.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The main challenge is how to best present the design idea under the limited budget. The designers need to balance the design sense and the realization possibility. Because of the modern style and the polyline form, it is more important to control the scale and modulus of materials. The multiple cutting of the material reduced waste and the imitation stone tiles formed a blue and white light color palette in harmony with the project theme.
Nghiên Cứu: The project aims to build a hidden coast landscape, which evokes people's yearning for a quiet coast and a comfortable life, and creates a pleasant experience of vacation. The client hopes to set off nature and architecture through artistic landscapes, creating a harmonious and comfortable space experience, so as to attract people, stimulate regional vitality and enhance the site value.
Cảm Hứng: Inspired by the sea, the landscape design shows the static broad and dynamic waves of the sea. The jumping whale sculpture highlights the design theme. The landscape streamline of the demonstration area is divided into different visiting themes, which are encountering the sea, watching fish, seeing island, shoal and watching drama, allowing people to form different viewing experiences during the visiting process.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The project was designed in September 2019 and finished in January 2020 in Zhejiang, China.
Quy Trình Vận Hành: In order to convey the vision of the demonstration area, the sales center is set as the link point in the planning stage. In the front area, the waterscape and the polygonal coast form the main texture where green islands and paths float on the water surface; while there are open forest and grassland in the back area where the art gallery is the main body, creating a relaxing and pleasant landscape experience.
