About Convenient Túi Đựng Nước Tiểu

Convenient là một túi đựng nước tiểu di động được thiết kế dành cho bệnh nhân cần đeo túi đựng nước tiểu khi ra ngoài. Vật chứa dùng một lần này có dung tích 1000 ml và bao gồm ba túi đơn vị liên kết với nhau, được đeo cùng với dây quấn chân có thể tái sử dụng. Một loại polymer hấp thụ nước giúp làm đông đặc nước tiểu nhanh chóng, từ đó giảm mùi hôi và giữ cho các thành phần bên trong ổn định trong quá trình di chuyển. Mỗi túi đơn vị khi đầy sẽ được đóng kín bằng van nút bấm, sau đó tháo rời và bỏ đi, giúp túi luôn nhẹ và dễ dàng che giấu. Unique Properties: This is a portable urine bag for patients who need to wear a urine bag when they go out. The SAP water-absorbing polymer can quickly solidify the urine, thereby reducing the odor and stabilizing the urine stored in the bag; the removable unit bag design facilitates the concealment and replacement of the bag and make the bag more lightweight. The bag additionally frees the patient from the embarrassment and psychological pressure.

Production Technology: The product is made of Medical Silica Gel, SBR cloth, medical plastic, etc. The SAP water-absorbing polymer can quickly solidify the urine.
Design Challenge: Think about how the fluid flows into the urine bag, how to design the structure of the block valve, how to ensure the sealing of the urine bag, how much water-absorbing polymer is added to the tree sap, and how to calculate the quality and volume of the urine bag suitable for patients, etc. , the difficulty and breakthrough point of the design is to verify the suitable volume and installation of the urine bag and the simplicity of the operation of the urine bag.
Research: The feasibility and innovation of the design were verified by data study and patient investigation and by measuring and testing new materials.
For example, the water-absorbing polymer and water reaction time, mass and volume of the calculation statistics.
Inspiration: Urine bags are used by tens of thousands of people who are disabled to urinate by diseases and accidents to help drain their urine. Patients using urine bags suffer from both physical discomforts (including pain and peculiar odor) and physiological pressure.
Project Duration: The project started in July 2020 in Hebei and finished in January 2021 in Hebei.
Operation Flow: The urine bag is a 1000 ml disposable container consisting of three interconnected unit bags; the leg wrapping is reusable.
Step 1: Put the bottom leggings on the proper position of the thighs, and fix the button on the disposable urine bag on the leggings.
Step 2: Press the button valve to close the channel between the unit bags when the unit bag is full.
Step 3: Remove the unit bag and discard it in an appropriate place. The second unit bag is the same.
If the unit bag is not removed, urine will flow to the previous unit bag.
