About Binding Void ZH Kiến Trúc

Biệt thự là sự giải thích của khách hàng' cá nhân riêng của những người không có một định nghĩa thống nhất về một ngôi nhà. Người chồng là một cá nhân xã hội, người tôn vinh cuộc sống một cách cởi mở trong khi người vợ là một người hướng nội xã hội, thích sự riêng tư và không gian riêng. Bên cạnh đó, cả hai đều đồng ý rằng tổ ấm là nơi để hạnh phúc và thư thái, vì vậy Paseo đã tìm hiểu ý nghĩa của hạnh phúc. Sau đó dịch nó theo không gian để phản ánh chủ nhà' nhân vật. Thiết kế của biệt thự cho phép ánh sáng mặt trời trực tiếp xuyên qua khoảng trống trong mùa đông và các công xôn cung cấp không gian có bóng mát trong mùa hè.

Unique Properties: The Villa is an interpretation of the clients’ own personalities who do not have a unified definition of a house. The husband is a social individual who celebrates life openly whereas the wife is a social introvert who enjoys her privacy and own space. Besides that, both agree that a home is a place to be happy and relaxed in, therefore we looked into the meaning of happiness and translated is spatially to
reflect the home-owners’ characters.
Located in Mount Lebanon, the site in itself benefits from spectacular views overlooking the sea and the mountains. The plot is a steep slope which was integrated within the design and utilized to create different outdoor spaces. It features a pool overlooking the mountain range and sea beyond, framed by the building elements, an outdoor seating area at the upper level for extra privacy, as well as a safe space for children to play and enjoy their time.
Dimensions & Packaging: The villa consisits of 400sqm as total 21meters tall and 7 meters width

Production Technology: Located in Mount Lebanon, the site in itself benefits from spectacular views overlooking
the sea and the mountains. The plot is a steep slope which was integrated within the
design and utilized to create different outdoor spaces. It features a pool overlooking the
mountain range and sea beyond, framed by the building elements, an outdoor seating
area at the upper level for extra privacy, as well as a safe space for children to play and
enjoy their time.
Design Challenge: The hardest part was transforming the ideas into spaces and forming one single villa holding contradictory personalities yet can be used by both.
Research: After meeting the clients and discussing their personalities and what they hate and like, We found that this project should be an interpretation of their own personalities that do not have common definition for a home, other than both being happy and relaxed in it. We searched for the meaning of happiness for both and transformed them in to spaces but the connection was still missing. We connected these two volumes with a void where light celebrates there relation that is strong and healthy.
Inspiration: This project was inspired by the couple's differences yet their harmony in life and big Love present in their relation.
The site that has a spectacular view and exceptional natural frames. As well as The plot has a steep topography, that was used to level the villa
Project Duration: The construction of this project started in 2019 in Deirkouche, Mount-Lebanon and finished in July 2022.
Operation Flow: This Villa has a deep connection with the sea and mountain view it has, As well as it celebrates the light inside the villa, This villa is very eco-friendly as it allows direct sunlight to pass into the villa during winter and at the summer it is protected by the cantilevers. The owners of the villa after living in it, their answer to whether the living spaces and accessibility of the villa is as they dreamed of: the Answer was "it is so good to be true" the owners that are living its experience everyday are still enjoying and feeling that it is talking to their dreams and wishes.
