About MCC Shengshi International Plaza Tòa nhà Đa chức năng
MCC Shengshi International Plaza là một tổ hợp công trình đa chức năng tại Chu Hải, Quảng Đông, Trung Quốc. Tổ hợp này tọa lạc trên đảo Hoành Cầm, gần cầu Liên Hoa nối với Cotai, Macau. Dự án bao gồm hai tòa tháp văn phòng cao tầng, khối đế thương mại bán lẻ, vườn trên mái và hồ bơi. Hình khối uốn lượn của công trình lấy cảm hứng từ chuyển động bơi lượn của loài cá rồng. Thiết kế mặt đứng gợi lên hình ảnh sóng gió, sử dụng các tấm nhôm hình sóng vừa tạo bóng che vừa hỗ trợ tiết kiệm năng lượng. Mái xanh giúp cải thiện khả năng cách nhiệt và giảm hấp thụ nhiệt ở tầng trên cùng.

- Hengqin MCC Shengshi International Plaza mix-use project is located on the Hengqin Island in Zhuhai, in close proximity to the Lotus Bridge that links to Cotai, Macau. As the Bridgehead of Zhuhai-Macau port, Zhuhai Hengqin mix-use project impresses people with streamline appearance and abundant mix-use programs: two high-rise office tower, podium retail, and rooftop garden. Abundant Architectural form not only enriched city skyline but also fulfil functional and planning requirements.

- Production Technology
- The facade design concept is inspired by wind wave. Wave-shaped aluminum plate and streamlined building form offers integrated port icon with multi-level details. Also aluminum plate on the facade contribute to energy saving by shading sunshine.
Green roofs can improve the performance of roof insulation, effectively reduce the heat gain through the roof for the top floor. - Research
- The project is located on the Hengqin Islandin Zhuhai, in close proximity to the Lotus Bridge that links to Cotai, Macau. As the Bridgehead of Zhuhai-Macau port, Zhuhai Hengqin mix-use project impresses people with streamline appearance and abundant mix-use programs: two high-rise office tower, podium retail, and infinity pool. The design concept is inspired by elegant cruising movement of Dragon Fish. The contour of streamlined tower and Dragon Fish dynamic physique echoes perfectly.
- Inspiration
- Zhuhai MCC Shengshi International Plaza project is inspired by Dragon Fish tail shape, mixed-use project with its dynamic lines creates a sense of the era of the portal image and reshapes the skyline of Hengqin area which enrich urban space with Artistic sense.
The facade design concept is inspired by wind wave. Wave-shaped aluminum plate and streamlined building form offers integrated port icon with multi-level details. - Project Duration
- The project started in January 2017 in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China.
- Operation Flow
- A fluid form inspired by the dragon fish. The design heeds to details with respect to the atrium spaces in the development. For instance, the tall, cavernous space in the tower is topped with a glass canopy to introduce natural light into the interior while adding vitality to the roof garden. The outlines of the rooftop commercial villa and the podium echo each other.
