About Formation 01 Vòi Rửa Phòng Tắm
Formation 01 là một vòi rửa phòng tắm phiên bản giới hạn. Thiết kế kết hợp giữa hình khối điêu khắc với kỹ thuật tiên tiến và được chế tạo từ Neolast, một vật liệu composite mang lại kết cấu bề mặt độc đáo cùng màu sắc phong phú, đậm nét. Những góc cạnh ấn tượng và lớp hoàn thiện màu Cam Haptic táo bạo vượt khỏi những kỳ vọng truyền thống về một chiếc vòi nước. Đường dẫn nước bên trong được in 3D tạo ra dòng chảy dạng màng mỏng. Tấm ốp chân vòi bằng gang đúc dập nổi gợi nhắc đến lịch sử lâu đời của sự đổi mới vật liệu. Vòi nước có kích thước chiều rộng 300 mm, chiều sâu 207 mm và chiều cao 135 mm.

- To realize Samuel Ross’ creative vision, Kohler invited him to explore an advanced new composite material that offers boundless form, unexpected texture, and rich, saturated colors. A 3D-printed internal waterway was developed to accomplish the unique sheet flow effect. An embossed cast iron escutcheon plate celebrates our collaboration in an homage to Kohler’s history of material innovation.
- Inspiration
- Combining dynamic gesture with advanced engineering, Formation 01 takes a familiar object and reimagines it as a functional sculpture in Kohler's dynamic Neolast composite material.
- Project Duration
- This project was initiated in late 2022 with collaboration between Kohler and SR_A's studios in the US and UK, respectively. The project launched at Design:Miami in 2023.
