Giới thiệu The Crystal Clubhouse Nhà Câu Lạc Bộ Cộng Đồng
Crystal Clubhouse là một không gian sinh hoạt chung của cộng đồng được thiết kế nhằm khuyến khích sự giao lưu giữa các cư dân láng giềng. Công trình có diện tích 1500 mét vuông trải trên ba tầng. Tầng trệt bố trí khu lễ tân và câu lạc bộ trà, tầng hai gồm quầy đọc sách, phòng yoga và phòng tập gym, còn tầng ba là hồ bơi tràn ngập ánh nắng dành cho các hoạt động gia đình. Thiết kế lấy cảm hứng từ tinh thể pha lê, sử dụng kính low-e (phát xạ thấp) có độ truyền sáng cao kết hợp với kính trắng sâu đặt riêng và các tấm nhôm anod hóa màu xám đậm. Mặt tiền trong suốt khiến công trình câu lạc bộ trông nhẹ nhàng và thoáng mở.

- To ensure the building's transparency, the ground floor uses high-transmittance low-emissivity glass, combined with custom deep white glass and dark gray anodized aluminum panels. This adds richness to the building's facade, making the overall visual effect appear light and as if floating in mid-air from a distance.

Inspired by "crystal," the goal is to create a light, transparent glass structure, aiming to break away from the closed-off feel of traditional buildings. Utilizing the refractive qualities of crystal to design multifaceted surfaces, the concept enhances the transparency and openness of the space, showcasing the lively activities of people within the glass architecture, and fostering a bustling, harmonious atmosphere. - Thời Gian Dự Án
