Giới thiệu Fenc Loopflex Vải Co Giãn

Fenc Loopflex là loại vải co giãn không chứa spandex được phát triển cho trang phục thể thao, trang phục thường ngày và đồ lót. Loại vải này là vật liệu đơn chất được làm hoàn toàn từ polyester, nhờ đó việc tái chế từ vải thành vải trở nên khả thi và giảm thiểu chất thải. Quá trình sản xuất bắt đầu từ các hạt nhựa nhiệt dẻo polyester elastomer, được chuyển hóa thành sợi đàn hồi thông qua quy trình đùn nóng chảy không dùng dung môi. Sợi này được dệt kim cùng với các sợi filament polyester thông thường bằng các mức lực căng được lập trình sẵn, mang lại độ co giãn mạnh gấp hai đến ba lần so với các loại vải pha spandex, đồng thời cân bằng giữa sự thoải mái và khả năng nâng đỡ.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: It starts with TPEE chips, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, which undergoes a solvent-free melt extrusion process to produce high-performance polyester elastomer. The yarn is then knitted with regular polyester filaments into a mono-material polyester base stretch fabric using advanced textile engineering. This process incorporates an intricate inner structure and pre-programmed tensions ensures a balance of comfort and support, delivering optimal benefits in motion or at rest.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The biggest challenge was replacing spandex while maintaining high stretch and recovery. We engineered a recyclable polyester-based mono-material fabric with the same elasticity. Achieving the right balance of performance, comfort, and sustainability required advanced material knowledge, precision knitting, and adjustments to dyeing and finishing processes. By overcoming production limitations, this innovation improves recyclability and contributes to a greener textile industry.
Nghiên Cứu: Using material science and solvent-free melt extrusion, our polyester elastic yarn is produced with a lower carbon emission process and fewer chemicals than traditional spandex production. Through advanced knitting and fabric engineering, we have developed stretch fabric with preprogrammed tension, improving performance while supporting a circular economy in the textile industry.

Thời Gian Dự Án: The project started in Taiwan in 2024 and finished in 2025. It is set to be globally showcased starting in 2025.
