Khu Công nghiệp Thông minh Xe Năng lượng Mới Feixi là một tổ hợp văn phòng và công nghiệp tại Hợp Phì, tỉnh An Huy, Trung Quốc. Khu công nghiệp có diện tích 46.223,8 mét vuông, bao gồm hai tòa nhà văn phòng, một nhà ăn, một sảnh triển lãm và một tòa nhà hành lang. Các hành lang uốn cong kết nối các khối công trình dạng mô-đun và tạo nên sự đối thoại hình học giữa chúng. Một phần tường kính sử dụng kính chân không và kính phát xạ thấp nhằm cải thiện khả năng cách nhiệt và giảm chói. Việc phủ xanh mái nhà, mảng xanh theo phương đứng và cây trồng ở tầng trệt góp phần điều hòa vi khí hậu tại khu vực.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: Located in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park is a distinctive and forward-thinking architectural complex with a total gross floor area of 46,223.8 m2. The park comprises 2 office buildings, 1 canteen, 1 exhibition hall, and 1 corridor building, which are designed to function in harmony and together form a fully integrated and efficiently laid-out working environment.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: The architectural design of the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park adopts a modular composition, where individual building volumes are interconnected by a curved corridor. This layout establishes a geometric dialogue that enhances the visual identity of the entire complex. The interplay between external form and massing brings out the unique architectural character of the project, while cleverly forging a multi scalar connection among the city, architecture, interior, and the people within.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: Some sections of the curtain wall feature vacuum glass and low E glass, which utilize their low emissivity characteristics to block heat radiation between indoors and outdoors, improving insulation performance. These materials also eliminate heat transfer through air conduction and convection, greatly lowering the glass’s thermal transmittance. At the same time, their superior optical performance ensures plenty of natural light while reducing glare, creating a bright yet comfortable working environment.
