About Dcl Ghế

Dcl là một chiếc ghế được làm hoàn toàn từ ván sợi mật độ cao. Mọi bộ phận đều được cắt bằng máy phay CNC. Chiếc ghế được sơn một màu đơn sắc tươi sáng, và có thể áp dụng bất kỳ màu nào. Nhìn từ xa, Dcl trông gần giống như một khối lập phương màu đơn sắc hơn là một chiếc ghế. Thiết kế này dựa trên một nghiên cứu về ghế của kiến trúc sư kiêm nhà thiết kế người Ý Cesare Leonardi, vốn chỉ dừng lại ở mô hình gỗ và chưa bao giờ được sản xuất. Tên gọi Dcl là viết tắt của Dopo Cesare Leonardi, có nghĩa là Sau Cesare Leonardi. Chiếc ghế có kích thước 55 x 50 x 70 xentimét.

Unique Properties: It's a chair made entirely of HDF and painted with a bright solid color - any color - and looks like, when spotted, almost not a chair but a sort of a cubic block of solid massive color.
Dimensions & Packaging: 55 x 50 x 70 cm

Production Technology: HDF cut in a CNC router.
Design Challenge: In this particular case, there was not "a hardest part of design", which is very rare in any of my designs.
Research: I simply found in the internet a photo of one interesting study of chair made by the Italian architect and designer Cesare Leonardi. Since Leonardi's chair was not developed nor produced, I thought I could "devevelop it, as I was a Leonardi's team member, and started make a model of of it, changing material, changing form and proportions and making it in a more logic way, seaching for a better proportion and confort for a chair of plain HDF (Leonardi's chair was made of solid wood). The result: my chair is very basic, more logic than Leonardi's; my chair is a concept chair. DCL means Dopo Cesare Leonardi (After Cesare Leonardi).
Inspiration: My inspiration was a chair study made by Cesare Leonardi, an Italian architect and designer. Leonardi's chair was nothing more than a wooden model and was not developed nor produced.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2025 in São Paulo and finished in October 2025.
Operation Flow: It's a chair.
Patents: The design was registered at IAB (Instituto dos Arquitetos do Brasil)
