Giới thiệu Vanke Fengxi Linquan Khu phức hợp nhà ở
Vanke Fengxi Linquan là một khu phức hợp nhà ở được xây dựng tại khu vực trung tâm đô thị của Thanh Đảo. Thiết kế ưu tiên cho lối sống sinh thái và hình ảnh đô thị của khu vực. Mỗi tầng có hai căn hộ với diện tích khoảng 200 đến 220 mét vuông, được kết nối bởi một sảnh thang máy đón đầy đủ ánh sáng tự nhiên. Một khu vườn chung xuất hiện sau mỗi ba tầng, với chiều rộng 6,9 mét, chiều sâu 7,2 mét và chiều cao ba tầng, phục vụ như không gian nghỉ ngơi và giao lưu cho sáu căn hộ. Một lớp chăn nhiệt nano cùng hệ thống cách nhiệt dạng vỏ trứng bảo vệ rễ cây trong mùa đông lạnh giá, cho phép cây xanh phát triển trên nền đất được nâng cao.

- In the room type design, two households on each floor are adopted. The area of each household is about 200-220 square meters, and two households are connected by the fully bright elevator hall. - The project combines the importance of land use interest and the characteristics of high altitude difference between the south and the north. In terms of planning form, it continues the regional characteristics of Laoshan Mountain. It puts forward the design vision of "Fengxi Linquan, one continuous line". In combination with the concept of the initiative "ecological residential complex", the first design scheme of completing the sky garden in the northern China has been achieved.

- The key to the successful implementation of the project is the thickness of soil cover and a series of techniques that ensure the survival of the trees. In the structural discipline, the thickness of soil cover is increased through the measures such as upturned beam and increasing the reinforcing bars locally. By investigating the thickness of winter tundra in Qingdao area, designers can make further optimization in ensuring plant survival and energy conservation and emission reduction.
